Why are your prices lower than I can obtain?
As the endorsed service provider for many of Australia's most important professional associations our collective buying power will benefit you with significant savings, both in time and money, and alleviate the stress normally involved in the purchase of a new car.
What does the price you obtain include?
The quotation we provide to you includes everything required for you to take ownership and drive away.
- All stamp duty and other government charges such as registration, luxury car tax (if applicable) and GST.
- All dealer charges, including the fitting/installation of options and accessories specified
- Delivery of the vehicle to your address.
What is the relationship between
AVBS and the dealer?
There is no ongoing financial relationship between AVBS and any dealer. We select dealers based on the lowest possible price coupled with quality of service and presentation of the vehicle.
What are your fees?
Our source of income from this service is a fee we are paid by the motor vehicle trader only when the transaction is complete. We do ask for a deposit to cover our costs incurred in running the tender on your behalf. The deposit is fully refunded once you have placed the order for your new vehicle or if we have been unsuccessful in getting you a better deal. A search fee may be applicable for the sourcing of used vehicles.
Will my warranty be affected in any way?
No. You will be buying from a manufacturer approved dealer, and so warranty conditions are not affected in any way. Warranty claims are handled by the dealer of your choice.
How long before I get my quote?
In most cases the quotation will be passed onto you within 48 hours and will be valid for seven days from the time of issue.
How long before the car is ready?
Depending on stock availability it normally takes seven days to prepare a vehicle for delivery after an order is placed. This includes cleaning, registration and a pre-delivery check up.
What do I need to do to start the process?
Provide a clear indication of the vehicle you are looking for together with any options or accessories required. If you have already visited a dealer it would assist us if you could provide details of what they have offered you. Remember we are acting on your behalf and it is in your interest to provide us with a full and honest disclosure of any offers.
Where do I go to collect my car?
AVBS will organise for your new car to be delivered direct to your door.
How do I get my trade-in valued?
Depending on your location AVBS will organise for one of our experienced consultants to visit and provide a clear indication of your current vehicles’ trade-in value. Clients also have the option of completing a "self assessment” form which can be submitted to AVBS for valuation. Click here if you wish to take up this option. |
